If you’ve inadvertently sent coins to an incorrect address, unfortunately, Alluma will not be able to recover these for you.
However, if you’ve sent the coins to an incorrect address and you know who owns the address (i.e. a friend), we would advise contacting the owner and/or the receiving wallet provider for further assistance.
If you’ve suffered a severe loss, please open a support request.

Although it is unlikely that Alluma can recover your coins, we will investigate if it makes sense to do so and revert back to you.
Try to avoid typing coin wallet addresses, instead, use copy (Ctrl C) and paste (Ctrl V) to prevent typing errors.
